Five people arrested in Lebanon on suspicion of spying for Israel

Lebanon's Directorate of General Security announced Wednesday that two Lebanese, two citizens of Nepal and one Palestinian suspected of conducting espionage for Israel have been arrested. The suspects have been indicted on charges of spying for Israel, recruiting spies in Lebanon, and providing information to the Israeli embassies in Turkey, Britain, Nepal and Jordan, the directorate said.
