Five suicide bombers kill and injure scores at E. Afghan police HQ

Taliban claimed the Sunday attack on eastern Afghanistan at police headquarters in Gardez City, capital of the eastern Paktia province, by five suicide bombers.  After the first detonated a car bomb at the gate, four attackers stormed through. Two were killed by police, the others fought with Afghan special forces. The official toll is 2 police officers killed and five wounded, but doctors at the city hospital counted the bodies of at least five police and 30 people injured.
