DEBKAfile Exclusive: Hizballah is recruiting young Syrian men to fill in the ranks of units that were depleted by heavy losses in eastern Syria, especially in the Abu Kamal battle against ISIS. This was discovered by examining the lists of dead and wounded released by Hizballah which, for the first time included many Syrian names – 18 in the last count – most of them from the Homs region.
