For sanctions, Iran to finish Arak, raise uranium enrichment level

A bill signed by 100 Iranian legislators would oblige the Tehran government to “complete nuclear infrastructure” at Fordo and Natanz, activate the Arak heavy water reactor and enrich uranium to 60-percent purity "for submarine engines" – if sanctions were tightened, new ones imposed or Iran’s “nuclear rights” were violated by the P5+1.
