Foreign ministers of Russia, Turkey to meet in Belgrade, report says

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu will meet on Thursday on the sidelines of the OSCE ministerial council meeting in Belgrade, Serbia, according to the Russian media.
