Former top Israel general Golan: Kurdish PKK are not terrorists

Former IDF Dep. Chief of Staff, Gen. Yair Golan took exception with Turkish President Tayyp Erdogan’s view that the banned Kurdish PKK separatist group are terrorists. Speaking at a Washington think tank panel discussion Tuesday, Golan said: When you look around and see Iran and the unstable Middle East, you  find that an independent and united Kurdish entity is not such a bad idea for this quagmire/”
