Fort Hood killer found guilty on all murder counts

A 13-member court martial unanimously found former major Nidal Hassan guilty on all 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 of attempted murder which he committed against fellow army personnel at the Fort Hood military base in Texas on Nov. 5, 2009. The unanimous verdict renders Hassan eligible for the death penalty.
