Four dead, 52 arrested after Trump protesters storm Capitol Hill

A woman was shot dead by police, three suffered medical crises in the chaos generated by a mass break-in to the chamber of Congress on Jan. 6 to by Trump protesters bent on halting the certification of Joe Biden’s win in the 2020 presidential election. The two chambers, after being evacuated, have since resumed their count after the southern state of Georgia proclaimed a Democratic win. The Democrats control the Senate for the first time since 2014.
