Four killed, dozens injured in MB clashes with army
Four people were killed and dozens injured Friday and Saturday when pro-Muslim Brotherhood supporters clashed with opponents and security forces in Cairo, Alexandria, Assiut and other Egyptian towns. The Brotherhood is planning to launch a “Great Counter-Coup” across Egypt on Oct. 6, the 40th anniversary of the Yom Kippur war on Israel. The army used teargas and gunfire to prevent protesters gathering in Cairo's Tahrir Square.
