David Biton is the new Minister of Agriculture, Deputy FM Tzipi Hotoveli is appointed Minister of the Diaspora; Construction and Housing Minister Yifat Shasha Biton moves over to Social Welfare and hands over to Yitzhak Cohen from the Shas ultra-religious party. Binyamin Netanyahu announced these appointments to his caretaker government on Sunday two months before the next general election.
