Four terror suspects killed by Russian special forces in St. Petersburg raid

Russian counterterror forces raided an apartment in a multistory residential building in the city of Saint Petersburg and killed four members of a "terrorist organization", Russia's RIA news agency said Wednesday. Sounds of explosions and gunfire were heard and thick smoke billowed out of the windows during the raid, which lasted several hours. Neither the four people nor the organization to which they belonged were identified.
