Four US citizens killed, two hurt in Kabul hotel attack

The State Department has confirmed that four US citizens were killed and two others wounded in the recent Taliban attack on Kabul’s Intercontinental Hotel, which left an estimated 30 people dead. Spokeswoman Heather Nauert said details of their identities would not be revealed immediately. US news media identified one of the victims as Glenn Selilg, 49, spokesman for former Trump campaign official Rick Gates who was indicted in the Mueller Russian probe. All the attackers were killed by security officers.
