France detains two men suspected of imminent terror plot
Just days before the French presidential election, French authorities Tuesday detained two men suspected of plotting an imminent attack in possession of guns and bomb-making materials. The items were discovered during searches in the southern city of Marseille after the suspects — "radicalized" Frenchmen aged 23 and 29 — were taken into custody, sources said. The security service passed their photos to the leading presidential candidates.
