France faces threat of biological or chemical attack: PM Valls
French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Thursday that his country faces the possibility of a biological or chemical attack by radical Islamic terrorists. He made the comment in a speech to the lower house of France's parliament during deliberations on a four-month extension of the state of emergency in the aftermath of the Paris attacks. He added that "The macabre imagination of those giving the orders is unlimited." The house extended the state of emergency for another three months.
