French, Belgian authorities warn of imminent ISIS terror threat

Belgian and French police and other security services issued a warning on Wednesday of the threat of an imminent terrorist attack. According to intelligence reports, ISIS is targeting crowded shopping centers, police stations and American fast food restaurants in Belgium and France.
