French Jews march in Paris to honor 85-year old victim of anti-Semitic murder

Prosecutors have indicted the two suspects of murdering 85-year old Mireille Knoll, a holocaust survivor, for an anti-Semitic crime, as the horrified and concerned Jewish community staged a march in Paris Wednesday in her honor.  President Emmanuel Macron, who attended Mme Knoll’s funeral wearing a skullcap, said on Twitter: “I want to express my deep emotion after the dreadful crime and affirm my total determination to fighting anti-Semitism.” Mireille Knoll was found dead Friday of 11 stab wounds in her apartment in Paris. Her body was badly burnt from the fire the murderer set in her home.
