French prosecutor: 84 dead, 202 injured in Nice truck attack

The French Prosecutor confirmed Friday that 84 people had been killed and 202 injured – 52 of whom are in critical condition – when a French-Tunisian national rammed a large truck into Bastille Day celebrants on the Nice sea promenade. Ten children and teens were among the dead. The French president and prime minister visited the victims in hospital which appealed for blood donations.
