Fresh rocket salvos from Gaza after 6-hour pause

Rocket fire from Gaza paused for more than six hours overnight Monday after which it resumed early Tuesday against southern Israel. The IDF kept up its attacks on Hamas and Jihad targets, hitting six rocket launchers primed to fire on Tel Aviv, as well as additional sections of Hamas’ underground tunnels.

Israel opened the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza to deliver fuel, medicines and other essentials to the UN agency that attends to humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip.
