Gallant: Prepare for a long haul

With the roads in the locations surrounding the Gaza Strip closed to traffic since the IDF’s Gaza operation early Tuesday, military convoys have begun to ferry food supplies to the residents cooped up in their homes. Defense Minister Yoav Galant warned the population to prepare for a long haul of the Gaza crisis. Many families with children were evacuated. The operation dubbed “Defense and Arrow” was the first led by Gallant and Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Hertzi Halevi.
