Gantz: Iran sticks to its nuclear vision, which is preventable

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz said Monday that Russia sends arms supplies to the Syrian army on a weekly basis. “The conventional threat to Israel has slightly diminished,” he said, but “Iran has not given up on its nuclear vision and will cling to it by every means. It is most important to prevent [Iran’s acquisition] of this capability and this can be done, whether by force or without it.” Gantz was lecturing to the Herzliya meeting of the Interdisciplinary Center’s policy and strategy institute.
