Germany cancels appearance by convicted Palestinian terrorist

Berlin cancelled the speaking engagement of Rasmea Odeh, a convicted Palestinian terrorist murderer, at a cultural community center in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district and annulled her visa. She was told to leave, after Berlin state interior minister Andreas Geisel said: “Freedom of expression is a great good. If, however, the state of Israel and Jews are to be ruthlessly persecuted, the red line has been crossed.” Odeh, a Jordanian and former US citizen of Palestinian origin, a member of the PFLP, was sentenced by Israeli courts for complicity in the murder of two Israeli students in the 1969 Jerusalem supermarket bombing.
