Government jet fighters bomb rebels in Aleppo

The Syrian capital Damascus and northern city of Aleppo were in the grip of fierce clashes Saturday the day after a majority UN General Assembly vote criticized the Security Council for its failure to stop the violence and condemned the Syrian regime.
