In a gunfight southwest of Cairo, 55 Egyptian police killed

A shootout with armed Muslim Brotherhood operatives took place Friday in the al-Wahat al-Bahriya district of the Giza government about 135 km southwest of Cairo. It left 55 Egyptians dead and 14 other security personnel injured.
