Gunman found dead after killing one in Sydney suburb standoff
A gunman was found dead after killing one person and wounding two others in a six-hour standoff with heavily armed police at a business office in the Sydney suburb of Ingleburn Monday. After breaking into the building, the Australian police found a 33-year old man dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Three people emerged. It was not immediately clear whether they were held hostage or hiding from the gunman. Sydney police have not yet established the motive behind the shooting.
