Haley: Russia is cheating on UN sanctions for N. Korea

US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, Monday accused Russia of “consistent and wide-ranging violations” of UN sanctions against North Korea – at a time that “difficult and sensitive” talks are ongoing between Washington and Pyongyang. “The violations are not one-offs,” she said. “They are systematic.”
