Hamas accused of sending rockets to MB in Cairo
Gen. Osama Askar, commander of Egypt’s Second Army, posted to Sinai this week to curb Islamist terrorist operations, reported Wednesday that the 19 Grad rockets, intercepted Tuesday near the town of Suez on their way to Cairo, came from the stores of Hamas’s military arm, the Ezz-e Din Al-Qassam, in the Gaza Strip. Gen. Askar said the rockets were on their way to the Muslim Brotherhood in Cairo. Any one of them could have razed an entire neighborhood in the Egyptian capital, he said.
