Some 190 Hamas rockets aimed overnight at airport, Ramleh, Ashdod, inland Shefela

For the fifth night running, Hamas and Islamic Jihad spread a barrage of some 190 rockets over large parts of Israel. Scores were downed. They targeted the international airport, Ramleh, Ashdod, and the central Shefala region inland from the coast. More than a million Israelis within range of Gaza are confined to sheltered spaces since Monday. Another Palestinian explosive drone was shot down over the Eshkol region. Israeli warplanes continued striking terrorist targets across the Gaza Strip, 800 in five days while demolishing five tower blocks that housed Hamas HQ, regional commands and senior commanders.
