Hamas uses Israel’s mail service to smuggle military equipment into Gaza
Israel has intercepted a large amount of materiel that Hamas attempted to send to Gaza via Israel's mail service, the country's security services revealed on Wednesday. The equipment in packages that were supposed to be delivered to addresses of civilians in Gaza included dozens of rifle sights, night vision technology, drone kits and advanced video cameras capable of operating underwater. The captured materiel demonstrates the intention of the terrorist organization to infiltrate into Israel by sea or attack Israeli vessels, gather intelligence using flying cameras, and expand the use of sniper rifles against IDF troops.
