Hamas: We’ve built many towns underground. Israel is scared
The new Hamas leader in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Sinwar, said Wednesday that his movement doesn’t want war with Israel, but if it does happen, “Hamas will pulverize Israel.” He claimed that many towns have been built under ground – not just tunnels, as Israel says. He warned against “foolish steps” against the Gaza Strip, because “Hamas is ready and a lot stronger than it was last time.” The Hamas leader said, “Israel is not starting a new war against Gaza because it is scared of the unknown.”
