Hariri plans visit to Cairo Tuesday

Saad Hariri, who resigned as Lebanese prime minister in Riyadh two weeks ago, has announced a visit to Cairo on Tuesday and is scheduled to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. On his arrival in Paris from Riyadh Saturday, Hariri said he would return to Beirut “in the next few days” to take part in his country’s independence celebrations which take place on Wednesday. That trip is still to be confirmed. Read DEBKAfile’s exclusive on the background of the Hariri crisis.

Between his visit to Cairo and Lebanon’s independence celebration on Wednesday, Hariri still has time for a visit to Israel——–one of the few countries in the region that he missed but that can actually help him accomplish his political goals.

Why? Not needed! He better manages to have Nasrallah taking refuge in Iran, the hizballah people disband and go to work, rebuild the army, and so.

And, will not be a bad ideea to start cutting down some cedar trees as in the past, for a gift, because the time prepare to rebuild the Temple may come sooner than expected with all these Trump visits with no big speaches and fanfares with trumpets at the end, only boring blunt results and closure on all major issues.
