Head of Israeli police fraud squad commits suicide

Ephraim Bracha, 55, head of the Israeli police national fraud squad, committed suicide Sunday morning. He died by shooting himself in the head while sitting in his car outside his home. Paramedics arrived in time to confirm his death. Bracha had served in the police for more than 30 years.
