Hebron soldier’s jail term commuted by one-third

The IDF military parole panel decided Monday to allow the appeal filed by Elor Azaria and reduced his jail sentence by one third. He will walk free on May 10. Azaria was convicted of manslaughter after shooting dead an injured Palestinian terrorist in Hebron, a case which was the subject of a furious national debate.

    Good move to free him early. I am of the opinion that he should never have gone to jail in the first place.

    Shame on the whole IDF for the persecution of this wonderful young patriot. Look at his face and compare it with the face of his military prosecutors and commanders. As you look so you are.
