Herzog holds White House talks with Biden

President Yitzhak Herzog met with President Joe Biden on Tuesday in a visit hat is still denied to prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu. Herzog is due to address Congress during his US visit, a tricky venture at a time of sharp dissent between the Biden administration and the Israeli government and raging divisions at home.
