Hidden bomb blows up in SW Russia, wounding one person

An explosive device that was apparently hidden in a flashlight and placed on the ground blew up on Thursday after it was picked up near a school in the city of Rostov-on-Don in southwestern Russia, not far from the Ukrainian border.
