Hizballah claims victory in Lebanese municipal elections

Hizballah and its affiliated parties won the majority of the races in the municipal elections in central Lebanon on Sunday, said Sheikh Naim Kassem, deputy of Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Kassem claimed the organization fielded candidates in 80 out of the 143 local races and won almost all of them.
