Hizballah must immediately withdraw its forces from Syria, Turkey says
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Thursday that Hizballah should pull all of its forces out of Syria immediately. He said Russia and Turkey are close to reaching a cease-fire throughout Syria before the start of the new year, with Ankara and Moscow to guarantee implementation by the rebels and the Syrian military, respectively. The minister added during the Turkish TV interview that Iran would be a guarantor of compliance by the Syrian military and the "Shiite groups" participating in the war, including Hizballah.
