Hollande: Double police murder was terrorism

The murder of two police officials by a man claiming allegiance to the Islamic State (IS) is "unquestionably a terrorist act", President Francois Hollande said Tuesday. A French police commander was stabbed to death and his companion – also a police employee – was found dead. Their child survived the attack.
