Hollande withdraws plan to revoke citizenship of French terrorists

French President Francois Hollande said Wednesday that he was withdrawing his plan for a constitutional amendment allowing the interior ministry to revoke the citizenship of nationals convicted of terror offenses. He made the announcement after the French parliament voted to reject the proposal earlier in the day.
