Hospital coronavirus wards reopen

Hospitals which had shut down coronavirus wards when active coronavirus infection slowed down reopened them on Sunday under pressure of new demand. The hospitalization of 136 cases four days ago jumped to 209 early Sunday. The number of active cases which had dropped below 2,000, had climbed to 4,716 by Sunday morning. Of the 33 serious cases, 28 are on ventilators. The rising infection is also taking its toll on hospital staff treating those cases in infection and quarantines. It is also reflected in the proportion of positive results – 2,8pc – from tests. Tonight, theaters and places of entertainment reopen for the first time in four months under strict restrictions. On Monday, the trains start running again.
