Hundreds arrested in Moscow demanding free elections

Thousands of protesters rallied in central Moscow on Saturday demanding free and fair elections, after the authorities banned independent and opposition candidates from running in municipal ballots in September. Hundreds were arrested. Similar protests have been taking place in recent weeks across Russia.

    I have been calling him “Czar Putin” and everyone should start calling him that. Back to the old one part elections like the days of the communist state.
