IDF hits Hamas facilities after incendiary balloons spark fire

A Hamas rocket workshop and training facility in the south Gazan town of Khan Younis were targeted by an Israeli attack Monday night after three Palestinian incendiary balloons sparked fires in the Shear Hanegev regional council.
