IDF Intel chief warns Palestinian Authority is on brink of collapse

Maj. Gen. Tamir Hayman, head of military intelligence (AMAN), has warned that the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah faces collapse for lack of funds, and its loss of control will devolve on the IDF responsibility for the 2.5 million residents of the Palestinian regions in Judea and Samaria. Other senior officials are not so pessimistic about the crisis. As in the past two months, Israel deposited the funds due to the Palestinian Authority and the PA refused to collect the money, so long as Israel deducts from the total the stipends allocated by the Authority to convicted terrorists. DEBKAfile’s sources report that Mahmoud Abbas is not yet ready to relinquish rule by shutting down the Palestinian Authority and will continue to maneuver around a final step. The PA’s monetary crisis was discussed in talks between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and outgoing Finance Minister Moshe Kahlan on Sunday, in the course of their negotiations on the formation of a government coalition.

Just dry them out, cancel the oslo accords and make whole juda and shomron area C Jewish control and have more soldiers at IDF to control the Arab terrorists.
Do random searches at houses for weapons and terrorist equipment and impose curfew when there is no daylight in Shrem Ramalla and other major Fakestinian cities.
At the same time donate money to people who voluntarily want to settle to Jordan.

Give the money to the PA people, not abbas. Put it in helicopters and spread it out over PA areas. Let the people have their money.
