IDF lifts partial lockdown of Ramallah

A partial lockdown of Ramallah, seat of the Palestinian Authority, was imposed earlier Monday following a warning that terrorists in the town were preparing to come out for a shooting attack. After a few hours, the IDF lifted restrictions it had imposed on entry and egress from the Palestinian down. The terrorist cell may have abandoned its planned attack in view of the Israeli troops blocking all exits.
