IDF restricts traffic to, from Ramallah after warning on imminent attacks

The IDF restricted traffic to and from Ramallah on Monday after receiving a warning that terrorists were about to leave the city in order to carry out shooting attacks against Israelis. Until further notice, only residents of the city are allowed to enter, and only non-residents or those traveling for humanitarian reasons are permitted to leave.
