IDF: soldier to face manslaughter charge over Hebron shooting

The IDF military prosecution on Thursday submitted a statement to the military court responsible for the case of a soldier who shot and killed a subdued terrorist in Hebron, saying that the prosecution intends to charge him with manslaughter.
