IDF soldier wounded in terrorist shooting at West Bank checkpoint

A Palestinian terrorist opened fire at IDF soldiers near the Hizma checkpoint in the West Bank on Thursday morning. One of the soldiers was moderately wounded. The terrorist was shot and killed by other soldiers on the scene. Reports later identified the terrorist, who stopped his car and got out to attack the soldiers, as an intelligence officer for the Palestinian Authority.
