IDF, US navies launch joint Red Sea exercise

The four-day US-Israel naval exercise launched on Monday focuses on maritime interdiction and other drills in the wake of Iran’s naval expansion in the Red Sea. Taking part are IDF Sa’ar 5 and Sa’ar 4.5 missile ships alongside warships and fueling vessels from the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet.
