IMF: Iran can lower inflation, return to growth next year

The International Monetary Fund predicts that despite Western sanctions over its nuclear program, Iran can return to growth including a small trade surplus next year. Although sanctions are damaging Iran by cutting its oil exports, they are not likely to cause its economy to collapse.
