In Holocaust Day speech, Netanyahu sounds alarm over rising anti-Semitism
In a speech for Wednesday's observance of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu said that European countries are not doing enough to fight anti-Semitism and that Jews in those countries are being targeted "just because they are Jews." Without specifically mentioning Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom, he said "Even respected Western opinion leaders have become afflicted with hatred for the Jewish people and the Jewish state."
