The IDF disclosed Sunday that the incendiary kites and explosive balloons wreaking havoc on Israeli farms and woodland for more than a month are mass produced at Hamas military bases. Each sector has a Hamas commander who oversees the production and launching of incendiary kites or balloons across the border into Israel. The IDF also released images of four Palestinians identified as members of an arson terrorist cell, shortly after the Israel Air Force attacked a balloon-launching cell in the Gaza Strip. The Palestinians reported three wounded. The IDF is ramping up operations against the arson attacks, but Hamas is also expanding them. More fires were ignited Sunday after dozens continued to ravage Israel land on Saturday.
